Marketing Vendor Advocacy

I worked for Canada’s largest automotive marketplace for just shy of 9 years so I have seen a lot of automotive and non-automotive (NPV) dealers get mesmorized by the ‘story’ that is crafted and presented to them when they are being pitched the merits of what product or service is the flavour of the month.   Sure those products MIGHT be okay, but who is to truly know?  What questions can you ask to truly dive into their value?

Oh… I know.  I know… pick me!!  I know the answer to this one!!

I laugh inside when I stump those sales reps, managers or product ‘experts’ with questions that they either can’t, won’t or aren’t allowed to answer.
