Save Your Dealership Time

In reality, saving you time could also be termed, saving you frustration!  Removing frustration in your life not only saves you time but stress as well – which you may not be able to put a monetary value on (which is exactly the reason I left my last job to start Smarter Business Solutions with no clients, a new house, a wife and a 2 & 4 year old!!).

TASK: Take 5 minutes to make a list of sales/marketing tasks that are done within your dealership on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis that need to be done that are frustrating or take time away from other things you’re more comfortable with or that need your immediate attention.  Once you put this list together, feel free to email me to see if/how I could assist you in eliminating your frustration or saving you time. 

One of the most important jobs in your dealership is to get your available stock on-line so prospective buyers can see what you have available.  If they don’t see what you have in-stock, or, what is available to them, they are extremely unlikely to email, call or ever darken your door.  The thing is, it take SOOOO long to upload pics, specs and descriptions of all the units that are in your showroom or out back ready to be PDI’d.

WAIT, wait, wait… you say that this is the exact reason you have a Dealer Spike or ARI website?  Well then congratulations on spending almost $7000 (after USD conversion) each year… except, you could do the exact same thing for half of that… or even less.

Seriously.

Oh but, they also automatically upload your OEM promo information… so does the solution I’m talking about.

Damn.

SO is it time to chat yet?

That is only the website side of things I’m talking about.  If you take the time to participate in the task I noted above, you may find there are quite a few tasks that take far too long yet NEED to be dealt with in order for dealership to gain, or remain, at the status it has in relation to the competition.
